Recently, at our Baby & Toddler Sensory Sing & Sign Group, we were in celebratory mode!
One of our mums, Kerry-ann Bellamy won the BAPs newcomer award. BAPs stand for ‘Bloody Awesome Parents’ and they are awarded to people who blog about life with a child with disabilities.
Her, now 19 month old son, Lucas, was one of the first babies to receive a New Baby Bag from NDSSG, and has been involved in the baby group, virtually and in person, since he was tiny. She has been blogging about him and the family’s life almost every day, and has a great following on Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram.
We are so proud of Kerry-ann and gorgeous Lucas. And in their honour, another of our mums made an amazing chocolate cake for everyone to share! Seriously yummy!
